Sales Representative
Air Compressor Works is looking for and energetic and motivated Sales Representative. The successful candidate will travel, make cold calls, maintain existing accounts, generate quotes, run internal software, and utilize Outlook as a customer relations manager. We are willing to train the right individual for this opportunity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Call on management representatives decision maker at commercial, industrial, municipalities, engineering and architect firms, and other establishments.

Generate opportunities to offer service contracts, parts, equipment, installations, and all other services Air Compressor Works has to offer.

Demonstrate and explain Air Compressors Works products and services to decision makers.

Provide verbal technical assistants to clients relating to use, operation and maintenance of equipment.

Propose changes in equipment layouts, processes, materials, or services resulting in cost reduction or improvement in customer operations.

Provide technical engineering concepts, evaluation and engineered solutions.

Solve industrial engineering problems by applying contemporary engineering tools to propose and implement effective solutions.

Maintain adequate records of all accounts in assigned territory. Maintain adequate records on leads, quotes and orders allowing for proper follow up and customer support.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Specific requirements:

Basic mechanical background.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet.

Organized with good time management.
-
Valid state drivers license with good driving record.
-
Good oral and written communication. English is a must and Spanish would be a plus.

Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Effective customer relations skills.
-
Dependable and professional.
